Cristina is an Executive Recruiter at McKinsey & Company, specializing in the recruitment of experienced professionals to the global management consulting firm. Prior to joining McKinsey, Cristina served in a variety of recruiting leadership roles across finance and accounting in the U.S. and Hong Kong.

Cristina was a Division I swimmer at The College of William & Mary. She has competed in more than 75 triathlons since 2002, including representing Team USA at the 2018 Age Group World Championships in Australia. Her first exposure to Dare2tri was while competing at Leon’s Triathlon in 2017. She was profoundly inspired by the stories and successes of the athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments and eager to support their quest for athletic and personal achievement.

Passionate about overall health and wellness, Cristina is a certified health coach. She also volunteers with StepUp, a national organization which supports high school girls in under-resourced communities fulfill their potential and join the next generation of professional women leaders. Cristina also spends several weeks a year on active adventure trips around the world.
