Happy Independence Day! Dare2tri offices are closed from July 4-12 for a holiday break. Virtual strength training and virtual cycling will resume the week of July 13. If you want to stay active during the week off, our coaching staff has put together two home workouts that you can complete on your own. Each workout is broken into two groups: Ambulatory and seated. If you’re wondering if there are planks, the answer is yes. There are always planks.
