Beginning on May 1, Dare2tri will be switching to Summer Hours for virtual training programs. Virtual Strength Training will be held on Tuesday mornings from 7-7:30 a.m. Register here.
About this program
These high intensity interval sessions include both strength training and cardiovascular activity. Each workout is modifiable for all ability levels and can be completed with or without equipment. Weights are not required, but if you have them at home, please feel free to use them.
Pre-registration is required. Prior to the session, you will receive an email with a link to the Zoom video chat and instructions on how to join.
