About this program

Dare2tri hosts Virtual Cycling on a weekly basis throughout the year. Athletes who have a physical disability or visual impairment and Dare2tri volunteers are welcome to join!

What you need to participate

  • A bike
  • A smart bike trainer (i.e. Wahoo, TacX, etc.) OR a standard bike trainer with a speed sensor that will communicate with your Zwift Companion app
  • Access to Zoom
  • The Zwift app (recommended but not required)
  • A compatible device (i.e. a laptop, computer or tablet)

Zwift is a paid training platform. You can sign up for a 7-day trial on their website. If you’d like to participate without Zwift, please contact Coach Dan.

Each ride includes a Zoom video chat to allow interaction within the group. Prior to the session, you will receive an email with a link to the Zoom chat.
