Cristina Lambert

Cristina is a Professional Development Manager at McKinsey & Company where she supports consultant’s skill and career development through staffing, feedback, navigating the firm, learning & development.  She is also an active member of the firm’s Access group, an employee resource group which empowers and supports firm members with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or mental health challenges.  Prior to joining McKinsey, Cristina served in a variety of recruiting leadership roles across finance and accounting in the U.S. and Hong Kong.

Cristina was a Division I swimmer at The College of William & Mary. She has competed in more than 100 triathlons and road races since 2002, including representing Team USA at the 2018 and 2023 Age Group World Championships in Australia and Spain, respectively. Her first exposure to Dare2tri was while competing at Leon’s Triathlon in 2017. She was profoundly inspired by the stories and successes of the athletes with physical disabilities and visual impairments and eager to support their quest for athletic and personal achievement.

Passionate about overall health and wellness, Cristina is a certified health coach. Cristina also spends several weeks a year on active adventure trips around the world.
