About this program

If you’re looking for a great way to train indoors using either a racing chair or an upright bike, look no further.

Dare2tri’s weekly Racing Chair & Cycling Practice gives athletes the opportunity to train on a wheelchair racing roller or ambulatory cycling on a stationary bike. Coaches will lead participants through a structured workout based on rate of perceived effort.

If you need to borrow equipment and are new to this program, please email Dan Tun at dan@dare2tri.org so we can determine what equipment will work best for you.
