Ambulatory Run Clinics

Monthly run clinics for ambulatory runners who have a physical disability or visual impairment.

About this program

Our Ambulatory Run Clinics offer a welcoming, low-pressure space for athletes with physical disabilities or visual impairments who run “on foot“. These indoor sessions are all about moving with confidence, connecting with others, and enjoying the run.

Each clinic is supported by Dare2tri coaches and volunteers who help athletes build strength, mobility, technique, and efficient form. All experience levels are welcome, whether you’re training for an event or simply staying active.
