About this program
This is a free, 5-week virtual cycling program for veterans with a physical disability, visual impairment, traumatic brain injury or post traumatic stress. The program features accessible in-home training with dedicated Dare2tri coaches. The goal of this program is to build your cycling endurance and strength over the five weeks. Participants can be entry-level or intermediate cyclists.
- (3) 60-minute cycling session per week
- Held Tu/W/Th at 7 a.m. CST
- (2) 45-minute health and wellness sessions
- Friday, May 7 and Friday, May 21 at 7 a.m. CST
- (1) 5-week cycling plan
- A Dare2tri military tech T-shirt
In addition, participants can supplement their training with existing free virtual opportunities that are open to all Dare2tri participants and volunteers.
1-on-1 communication with a Dare2tri coach
Participants will be able to connect with a Dare2tri coach by email, phone or text so they can stay on top of their goals, ask questions, and stay motivated.

- Stationary bike trainer
