About this program
Sunday Morning Yoga is a 5-week adaptive yoga series led by Instructor Sarah Helt. Join in and discover the healing benefits of yoga. Adaptive yoga is accessible for individuals of all experience and ability levels.
All classes will be held virtually via Zoom. Participants will receive the Zoom link upon registration in their confirmation email.

About the instructor
Sarah Helt is a mindfulness meditation instructor and Yoga Teacher Trainer at the Accessible Yoga Training School. She has been teaching vinyasa flow and adaptive yoga in the U.S. and around the world for nearly 10 years. She lives and works remotely in Los Angeles, CA.
