The holiday season is an overwhelming time of year for many. To help you minimize holiday stress and anxiety, Dare2tri is hosting a virtual Holiday Health Series, presented by Columbia Threadneedle Investments.

For this weekly series, we’ve enlisted various experts and instructors who will teach you how to manage your mental health and practice self-care as the holidays approach. There’s no better gift you can give yourself! You’ll leave each session with tips, resources and best practices that will keep you feeling healthier and refreshed during your day-to-day.

This is a virtual health and wellness series held via Zoom. It’s free to join — so register today! Sessions will be held every Wednesday starting at 6 p.m. (CST), from December 1 through December 15. Each session will be between 45 and 60 minutes long.

Holding Space: Presence is a Holiday Present
Led by Kelsea Offner

Kelsea is a mental performance coach with an M.A. in Counseling and a specialization in Sport and Health Psychology. She will teach participants to hold space and practice the art of acceptance and letting go — which can be especially useful during the stressful holiday season.

Wednesday, December 8
Led by Coach Dan Tun

Dare2tri Co-Founder and Program Director Dan Tun is a coach, XPT certified instructor, runner, and triathlete. He will lead a guided breathwork session and help harness the power of the breath to influence the mind, enhance fitness, control stress and emotional states, and improve health and performance.

Led by Jackie Katz

Jackie will lead an accessible yoga session that will help you center yourself, relax, and unwind.
