About this program

During the fall and winter months, Dare2tri hosts weekly adaptive swimming practice at Fosco Park’s indoor pool. Athletes with a physical disability or visual impairment are welcome to join, regardless of skill level.

Participants do not need to have any swim experience to attend. Together, we will work on identifying your goals, and becoming comfortable and independent in the water. For those who already know how to swim independently, coaches will work with you to improve your technique and efficiency.
